About the Role
As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join us in delivering exceptional results. This full-time position involves ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition through quality workmanship.
The primary responsibility is to produce accurate and comprehensive quotes for vehicle repairs promptly, utilizing your automotive knowledge and computer skills while interacting with clients and providers.
This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to meet strict deadlines. You will be working closely with suppliers and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer experiences by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
* Accurate Quote Generation: Produce timely and accurate quotes that meet repair cost targets and adhere to established procedures.
* Quote Completion: Complete onsite, off-site, and online quotes with precision, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
* Vehicle Inspection and Mapping: Conduct thorough inspections and map out repair requirements to guarantee timely and cost-effective repairs.
* Parts Management: Effectively manage parts to minimize delays and optimize repair efficiency.
* Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to secure additional work authorization and maintain smooth operations.
* Production Support: Assist production management as needed to ensure seamless workflow.
* Repair Quality Assurance: Ensure repairs restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition, meeting the highest standards of quality.
* Vehicle Handover: Delight customers by handing over repaired vehicles on time, every time.
About You
* Proven Experience: Possess significant experience in a similar role, including estimate preparation in the automotive smash repair industry.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with AudaNet and Ibody systems is highly desirable.
* Customer-Focused: Demonstrate excellent customer service and rapport-building skills, along with a professional and personable demeanor.
* Technical Skills: Showcase strong system and computer skills, particularly with Excel.
* Communication: Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
