A
seasoned restaurant manager
with experience in a similar venue in
Australia or Europe
with fine dining experience and a "no table left behind" attitude.
A natural leader who can rally the floor team, finesse the floorplan, and have a laugh doing it.
You can quote reservation stats and wine pairings in the same sentence — and make it sound sexy.
You love service, hate mediocrity, and know exactly how to deliver the kind of night people rave about.
Ready to commit to a
12-month minimum contract

Experience and requirements
If you have experience with Square POS, Restoke, Employment Hero, this would put you in a league above.
A natural leader who can rally the floor team, manage the floorplan, and lead with confidence.
