About the role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Plumbing Office Administrator to join our small, friendly local business on a full time basis. This is a work from home role and will play a key part in the day to day running of our operations. You will be the main point of contact for customers and will work closely with our plumbers to keep jobs running smoothly.
Hours
Monday to Friday
8.00am to 4.30pm
What you will be doing
• Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Booking plumbing jobs and managing daily schedules
• Coordinating and scheduling three plumbers
• Responding to customer SMS messages and emails
• Managing jobs and workflows in ServiceM8
• Ensuring accurate job details and customer information are recorded
• Communicating clearly with both customers and plumbers
Software used
• ServiceM8 essential
• Google Chat
• LeadConnector experience helpful but not essential as training can be provided
What we are looking for
• Previous administration experience within the plumbing or trades industry preferred
• Strong local knowledge of the Rockingham to Mandurah area and surrounding suburbs is essential
• Confident and friendly phone manner
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work independently from home
• Comfortable managing multiple jobs and priorities
