We are now looking for an experienced and driven Developments Manager to lead the delivery of our future centres, major renovations and development projects as we continue to grow.

About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, the Developments Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of development projects from feasibility and planning through to approvals, construction handover and operational readiness.
You will play a key role in shaping the future growth of the organisation, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and aligned with our long term strategic vision.
This role will suit someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands on project delivery and who values strong relationships, accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Development and Pre Construction
* Coordinate consultants including architects, planners, engineers and surveyors
* Manage Development Applications and engagement with councils and regulatory bodies
* Oversee design development to ensure projects are practical, efficient and aligned with operational needs
* Develop and manage project budgets, timelines and risk mitigation strategies
* Ensure projects are progressing in line with agreed milestones and organisational expectations
* Prepare projects for successful transition into construction delivery
Project Delivery and Governance
* Maintain oversight of project schedules, budgets and reporting
* Monitor risks, issues and financial performance across multiple projects
* Manage contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms and standards
* Implement systems and processes that support effective project delivery
* Maintain accurate documentation and stakeholder communication throughout all project phases
Stakeholder Engagement
* Build strong relationships with internal leaders, consultants, contractors and authorities
* Communicate clearly and professionally across all stages of projects
* Ensure development outcomes align with the operational needs and values of the organisation
Leadership
* Demonstrate ownership and accountability across all projects
* Foster a proactive, solutions focused approach
* Lead with professionalism, integrity and transparency
* Contribute to continuous improvement and future planning across the business
* Model behaviours aligned with our values and culture
About You
You are someone who combines strong commercial and project management capability whilst thriving in environments where you can create structure, drive outcomes and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will ideally bring:
* Qualifications in Project Management, development/planning, construction or a related discipline
* Demonstrated experience managing development projects across multiple phases
* Strong understanding of development approvals and project delivery processes
* Experience managing budgets, timelines and competing priorities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive and solutions focused mindset
* High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
