Purpose:
As part of our Conferences & Events team, you'll help bring memorable events to life by delivering high-quality, professional service with energy and passion. From set-up through to pack-down, you'll play a hands-on role in creating seamless events, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience in a safe, welcoming and well-presented environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Deliver warm, knowledgeable and professional service to guests, ensuring an exceptional event experience from arrival to departure
* Set up, operate and pack down conference and event spaces, supporting smooth and well-executed events
* Provide efficient food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs and maintaining strong product and wine knowledge
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety across event spaces, equipment and stock
* Support the wider team with opening and closing duties, guest direction, maintenance reporting and collaboration to ensure seamless service
Skills and Experience
* Current RSA Certificate
