We are seeking Support Workers who have extensive experience supporting people with complex behavioural needs and personal support needs in supported independent living.
">
This role will be situated in the Caboolture area. As a Support Worker, you will be working closely with our customers to assist them with their daily lives and help them achieve their goals.
">
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience working with Autism, as well as experience with complex and challenging behaviours. They will also be passionate about supporting people to live the lives they choose.
">
The successful candidate will need to have strong interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in report writing, and good computer skills in order to use online systems.
">
They will also need to have the capacity to meet physical requirements of the job, hold a current driver's license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance, and have current QLD Blue and Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screen.
">
Additionally, the successful candidate will need to have completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module and hold current First aid and CPR Certificates.
">
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Certificate III in Individual Support or higher.
