Our Maroochydore Windows & Doors branch specialises in the sales, fabrication, and installation of aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial construction markets. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Project Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality window and door projects across the Sunshine Coast region.

The Role
As Project Supervisor, you will:
* Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
* Coordinate and supervise site installers, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
* Conduct accurate on-site measurements and interpret architectural plans for project execution.
* Manage project materials, including preparation of work orders and procurement coordination.
* Step in to support site installers as needed, taking a hands-on approach when required.
* Work within monthly budgets and KPI targets, monitoring project progress, programmes and productivity
The Applicant
We're seeking someone who:
* Has previous experience in glass, aluminium, or construction, ideally having progressed from a hands-on role with site measuring experience.
* Can read and interpret architectural plans and carry out precise measurements.
* Demonstrates strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills to maximise team productivity.
* Is proactive, hands-on, and able to support installers on-site when required.
* Values safety and quality in every project delivered.
* We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is collaborative and flexible.
* Computer knowledge, outlook, previous V6 programme experience an advantage
