Change Advisor, Clerk Grade 7/8, Wollongong
Position: Full time ongoing role. Location: State Headquarters, Wollongong, NSW.

About the Opportunity
As a Change Advisor, you'll be responsible for creating high‐quality deliverables, assisting with the development of change plans and tracking progress to ensure key milestones are met. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering change workshops, training sessions and engagement activities to build understanding and readiness among members.
The role is based at the NSW SES State Headquarters in Wollongong; some flexible working arrangements are available, but the role requires regular presence in the office to support effective collaboration and project activity.
About you (Qualifications & Experience)
- Relevant experience providing change‐management support, ideally in a system implementation or process improvement project that integrates both agile and traditional project methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience delivering change within a large, geographically dispersed workforce.
- Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels, communicating effectively to influence and negotiate, and tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities to assess change impacts, identify risks and support the development of change plans that align with project objectives.

- Maximum total remuneration package: salary range $110,266.00 to $122,058.00 plus 11.5% superannuation and annual leave loading.
