At Ferguson Plarre Eastland we are seeking a positive minded and energetic store manager to inspire and lead a vibrant team. You will lead from the front, with an enthusiasm for driving performance and customer service excellence.
You will need to be someone that is passionate about creating a team culture, that lives and breathes exceptional customer service and is driven to deliver fresh food and coffee on the go to our customers.

You will be responsible for:
* Providing excellence in execution of Product Quality, Service, Safety, Cleanliness and Speed Standards.
* Driving and achieving top-line profitability and managing costs by bringing a commercial mindset to the operations of the store by managing controllables.
* Building a vibrant, energetic, and inclusive team culture by training and coaching of team members.
* Ensuring your team always deliver unbeatable customer experiences turning transactions into personal customer interactions.
* Maintaining operational excellence and efficient store systems.
* Effective rostering to ensure Right People, Right Place, Right Time.
* Promoting a fresh food and coffee culture to your customers.
