The CMH Clinician will provide comprehensive strengths based and recovery focused assessments with consumers and formulate time-limited packages of care signed off by consumers and their care givers. These packages will detail the clinical mental health services and other wraparound supports to be provided. They will provide high quality evidence based clinical services including assessment, care co‐ordination, intervention, liaison and review as part of a multidisciplinary team for adults referred to the service with a mental illness or disorder. These interventions will be based on an appropriate model of practice as specified by the individual's professional background, skills, and experience and will be informed by evidence based treatment guidelines.

Selection Criteria
* Social Worker with qualification in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health qualifications and current or eligibility for AASW membership; Occupational Therapist with Schedule C NSW Health qualifications and current AHPRA registration; Registered Nurse with current Nursing and Midwifery Board registration; Psychologist with a four‐year psychology degree and current PsyBA registration.
* Describe your experience in community-based mental health assessment, treatment, and case management, and how you incorporate recovery‐oriented and consumer‐focused approaches in your practice.
* Provide an example of how you have worked collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including how you manage competing priorities and use digital systems in your role.
* Do you hold a current driver's licence and are you willing to travel as required for this position?
