The Role
You will be the first person guests see when they arrive to the hotel and also when they depart. Your responsibilities will include the handling and delivering of luggage, attending to requests, maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and assisting guests where needed – including transport, directions and general enquiries. You will deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external guests and strive to create memorable experiences.
