We are currently recruiting for Pizza Chef’s to join our busy diverse team at Felons Seafood. We are open to pizza chefs who are available for casual, part-time or full-time work. Key responsibilities include: Assisting the Head Pizza Chef with the overall operation of the kitchen and preparation of pizzas. Prepare and cook pizzas using house recipes, ensuring quality, consistency, and proper cooking techniques. Make fresh dough and prep ingredients daily. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all work areas and equipment. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist with restocking and proper storage. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Ensure presentation and taste quality, adjusting recipes or preparation as needed to meet standards.
