As a Warehouse Technician, you will provide operational support to our Gladstone facility, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods and inventory.

In this position, you will:
* Maintain a safe working environment, including all related machinery and equipment.
* Physically handle all materials through the warehouse and manage inventory control.
* Load and unload vehicles; receive, verify, store, pack/unpack goods and materials.
* Accurately maintain inventory records and perform daily cycle counts and annual stock counts.
* Use ERP and logistics systems (e.g., SAP) for managing receipting and shipping.
* Prepare and complete packing and documentation for delivery or pickup.
* Liaise with internal and external parties to optimise process and document flow.
* Understand transport company requirements and shipping/handling legislation.
* Operate and maintain forklift and overhead gantry crane as required.
* Ensure the warehouse is organised, presentable, and safe at all times.

For this position, you must have:
Previous experience in a similar warehousing role with shipping and receiving responsibilities.
Current Forklift and Overhead Gantry Crane License.
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
Knowledge of import and export requirements.
Experience using ERP and logistics systems such as SAP.
Basic computer skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective business relations.
Physical strength and dexterity to perform heavy work.
