About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated, target-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business, build industry relationships, and secure ongoing project work.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being out on site, meeting clients, and converting opportunities into consistent revenue.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction, industrial and training sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, subcontractors, and corporate clients.
* Work with estimators, project delivery and accounts teams to ensure accurate quote and profitable contracts.
* Contribute to marketing initiatives, campaigns and proposals.
* Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline
* Track activity and opportunities in CRM systems
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in business development or sales within construction or related industries
* Experience in scaffolding sector an advantage
* Established network of builder and subcontractor contacts
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and drive results
* Comfortable working across both site and office environments
* Experience with CRM software and reporting KPIs.
