About the Role
Our team are looking for a Support Worker in Denham area who can work alongside our customers to provide quality and practical assistance that enables them to continue to lead their own lives with dignity and stay connected with family and community. This role will start off with a small amount of hours per week. The hours will expand in the near future as we open services to more customers who are patiently waiting for Support Workers in the area
You will need:
* Current driver's license and a NDIS Clearance or willing to obtain one
* Flexibility to work varying hours between Monday to Sunday.
* Ability to assist with physical tasks and help with mobility as needed.
* Willingness to assist customers with domestic cleaning and personal care tasks.
What You'll Do:
* Provide practical and personalized support to our customers, including assistance with daily activities and mobility.
* Advocate for their rights and preferences to ensure they feel empowered in their care.
* Help customers stay connected to their communities and maintain independence through social activities and local services.
* Build trust to create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment.
