The Maintenance Planner role is responsible for leading the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant reliability throughout its lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* A minimum of previous experience working as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler in an Asset & Maintenance environment
* Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and the use of a Maintenance Management System
* Understanding of purchasing protocols, budgeting principles and asset lifecycle costs
* Familiarity with statutory acts, regulations and Australian Standards applicable to Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services as applied to Queensland Health
Mandatory Qualifications and Other Requirements
* Roadworthy vehicle
* C Class driver's licence
* Compliance with Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70 regarding COVID-19 vaccination
* Vaccination against one or more of the following vaccine preventable diseases during employment: measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), varicella (chicken pox), pertussis (whooping cough), hepatitis B, tuberculosis
