Essential Skills and Experience:
* Mechanical or Electrical trade qualifications are necessary for this role.
* Dedication to workplace safety and compliance is a must.
This position requires flexible work arrangements to meet customer demands, which may involve working outside normal hours.
You will be the face of our brand for service and reliability, spending most of your time visiting and supporting our customers. This role involves travel and service work at customer sites within your region and occasional travel outside your region including on-site operator work involving multiple nights away.
Your main responsibility will be to perform routine preventative maintenance, attend breakdowns, identify faults, commission and decommission equipment.
We are seeking a self-starting individual who can take ownership of meeting customer needs while reporting remotely to the support office.
Familiarity with manufacturing/mining/O&G/production or assembly-plant working conditions is desirable, as well as experience working in a workshop/repair environment.
Microsoft Office suite competence and a valid driver's license are also required.
The successful candidate will enjoy problem-solving, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.
