Event Planning & Coordination
* Plan, organize, and execute evangelistic events, including conferences, outreach programs, community gatherings, and special services.
* Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, permits, transportation, catering, and audio‐visual needs.
* Develop event timelines, budgets, and promotional strategies to maximize impact.
* Collaborate with church leaders, volunteers, and ministry partners to ensure seamless event execution.
* Oversee event setup, on‐site management, and post‐event evaluations.
Administrative Support
* Manage event‐related correspondence, including emails, invitations, and follow‐ups.
* Maintain detailed records of event planning, expenses, and attendee data.
* Prepare reports and updates for leadership on event outcomes and effectiveness.
* Assist in volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling for events.
* Handle general office tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing supplies, and organizing files.
Marketing & Outreach
* Work with the ministry team to develop promotional materials, social media content, and event advertisements.
* Network with churches, ministries, and Christian organizations to increase participation.
* Engage with local communities to promote events and encourage attendance.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in event planning, project management, or administration.
* Passion for evangelism and a heart for reaching people with the gospel.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in ministry, missions, or Christian event planning.
* Familiarity with the Australian cultural and religious landscape.
* Graphic design or social media marketing experience is a plus.
