Cost Control Systems - Infrastructure and Defence

Our Infrastructure team has been assisting major infrastructure clients across Australia with complex projects. We are seeking a Cost Control Systems professional to support our Infrastructure and Defence projects in Adelaide, capable of leading teams throughout the project lifecycle through excellent interface and stakeholder management.

The primary purpose of this role is to support senior team members with expertise in cost control systems, including data management, and to assist the cost lead in integrating cost management systems and data into project controls and reporting.
Minimum Requirements:
* Relevant work experience, preferably in a consultancy environment
* Experience in Defence or Infrastructure sectors preferred
* Proficiency in cost software such as CMS, EcoSys, Aconex
* Strong attention to detail
* Team player with the ability to work independently
* Excellent written and spoken English skills, including report writing
* Highly motivated with a passion for client delivery and independence
* Australian Citizenship and eligibility to work in Adelaide
* 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5+ years in a Cost Control systems role
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
* Strong knowledge of Cost Control and Project Controls
* Experience in infrastructure (marine, shipyards, civil) and Defence sectors
* Experience managing multiple projects at various stages
* Experience across different project lifecycle stages
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Self-motivated team player capable of adapting to change and managing competing demands
