This role involves expanding a company's market presence through sales and business development.
* Sales & Business Development
Key Responsibilities include:
* Identify and convert sales opportunities for computer hardware, software, and ICT services in the NSW market.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by engaging with small-scale resellers and developing business development efforts.
Client Relationship Management: Regularly visit customers to strengthen relationships, identify sales opportunities, and deliver product training. Assess customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any after-sales concerns.
* Actively participate in sales meetings, seminars, trade shows, and offline events to strengthen partnerships and market presence.
* Promote products to both existing and potential customers.
* Prepare quotations, contracts, and order records to ensure a smooth sales process.
* Report on sales performance, market trends, and product demand to refine sales strategies.
Operational & Compliance Responsibilities: Execute business plans aligned with the company's strategy. Report to senior management and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
* Familiarity with MSI products is an advantage.
* A background in hardware, software, IT, or technical fields is highly desirable.
* Must be willing to travel interstate and provide support for offline events as needed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role with a strong knowledge of computers and related technologies.
