Employment Details
Full‐time, 38 hours per week. Pay range: $42.38–$43.76 per hour plus Super, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Centre Director in leading the centre team and delivering high‐quality early learning and care.
* Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team.
* Act as the chief manager of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
* Apply and comply with the Goodstart Practice Guide.
* Collaborate with the leadership team and engage with families and the local community.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership role.
* Relevant early‐learning qualification and experience.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Commitment to Child Safe Practices; must have or be able to obtain a valid Working With Children check.
