Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the CEO to develop strategic plans and objectives
* Build organisational capability and develop robust processes and policies
* Manage risk, compliance and the Centre's reputation within the industry
* Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Requirements:
* Strategic leadership, management and mentorship experience
* Deep knowledge of family, civil, migration or criminal law
* Ability to motivate and develop the leadership capability of senior team members
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
