Key Responsibilities
* Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic interventions
* Promote Speech Therapy services in schools, homes, and local communities
* Use clinical observations and assessments to develop targeted treatment plans for each participant
* Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' quality of life
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide supervision and mentorship to emerging clinicians
This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for mentoring and developing others.
Requirements
* Current SPA registration as a Speech Therapist
* Minimum 3 years of experience beyond graduation
* Demonstrated leadership capability and excellent time management skills
* Motivation to improve and adapt to new ideas
