We're growing our creative team in Melbourne and are on the lookout for a Senior Art Director and a Senior Copywriter who thrive on collaboration, craft excellence, and big thinking.
These roles are designed to operate as a core creative partnership, and we welcome applicants who either:
* apply as an existing creative duo (Senior Art Director + Senior Copywriter)
* apply individually if you don't currently have a partner — we'll help create the right pairing internally.

What You'll Do
* Develop integrated creative ideas that are strategically grounded, culturally relevant, and beautifully crafted.
* Shape work end‐to‐end in partnership with a Senior Art Director/Senior Copywriter and collaborate cross‐functionally across the agency.
* Present your thinking confidently to clients and internal teams.
* Mentor junior creatives and contribute to the Creative team culture.
* Bring strong knowledge of the digital landscape, creative platforms, and emerging cultural opportunities.
* Participate in pitches, award submissions, and agency‐wide initiatives.
What You'll Bring
For both roles
* 5–7+ years' experience in creative agencies.
* A portfolio showcasing conceptual strength and integrated campaign craft.
* Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
* Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for elevating creative work.
If you're a Senior Art Director
* Exceptional visual design and art direction capability.
* Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools.
* Ability to elevate the aesthetic and visual coherence of ideas.
If you're a Senior Copywriter
* Outstanding writing and storytelling craft across formats.
* Ability to define tone‐of‐voice, build narratives, and simplify complexity.
* Strength in shaping compelling, culturally fluent brand messaging.
