Join a large, ASX-listed manufacturing and packaging business with a significant national footprint, supporting some of Australia’s most recognisable brands. This organisation is known for its scale, operational complexity, and ongoing investment in commercial capability. We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Modeller to join on a 2–4 month contract, focused on delivering high-impact modelling and commercial insights across the business. This role will see you partnering closely with senior stakeholders to build and refine models that drive key decision-making, particularly across operations and supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Build robust financial models from the ground up in Excel Develop scenario and “what-if” modelling across labour costs, COGS and profitability Translate financial data into clear commercial insights for non-finance stakeholders Analyse P&L performance and provide meaningful context and recommendations Support decision-making across operations, supply chain and leadership teams Leverage Power BI for visualisation and insights where required Work with SAP data to ensure accuracy and integrity of inputs About You: You are a highly capable and commercially minded finance professional with a strong track record in financial modelling within complex environments. You will bring: Proven experience in manufacturing, FMCG or similarly operationally complex industries Advanced Excel skills, with demonstrated experience building models from scratch Exposure to Power BI and SAP Strong capability in scenario modelling, particularly around labour and cost drivers The ability to interpret a P&L and provide clear, actionable commercial insights Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making This is an excellent opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment and deliver tangible impact over a short period.
