About the Opportunity
A fantastic leadership role overseeing the day‑to‑day operations, financial performance and stakeholder relationships of a busy retail centre. This position suits an experienced retail property professional who thrives on ownership, accountability, and delivering excellence across all facets of centre management.
Role Responsibilities
* Oversee daily property management ensuring the centre operates to the highest professional standards.
* Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, monthly reporting and financial documentation.
* Monitor centre performance, control operating costs, and maintain accurate tenancy schedules.
* Assist with leasing activity, documentation preparation, retail mix strategy and assignment of lease processes.
* Support external marketing consultants by attending meetings and responding to enquiries as required.
* Maintain up‑to‑date records, oversee incident management, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
What You Bring
* Previous retail property management experience with strong knowledge of all property functions.
* Strong financial acumen with confidence in reporting and analysis.
* High attention to detail, self‑motivation and the ability to manage competing demands.
* Proficiency across Microsoft Office.
* A Real Estate Agent’s Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence; degree in Property, Business or similar (highly regarded).
