This is a pure, on-the-ground, face-to-face sales role—perfect for someone who thrives on building real relationships, solving customer problems, and driving strong commercial outcomes.
About the Role
As a Bend-Tech Salesperson, you'll be the front-line ambassador for our engineered products and tailored solutions. You will:
Work directly with metal trades, fabrication, engineering, and manufacturing clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Drive new business while nurturing a loyal existing customer base
Represent a leading engineering brand backed by proven capabilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts across the Perth region
Enjoy major autonomy and the room to grow your territory
What's on Offer
$150,000 base salary
Superannuation
Fully maintained company vehicle
Uncapped commission structure:
0.75% of personal sales once 85% of target is achieved (no cap)

You're a confident, strategic, and motivated salesperson with:
Previous sales experience in metal trades, manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering environments
Strong technical aptitude — you know your way around engineered or fabricated products
A proactive, hands-on approach to business development
The ability to thrive in a client-facing, B2B environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A self-driven mindset and the discipline to manage your own pipeline
