We are seeking multiple experienced Business Analysts with strong telecommunications expertise to support either network transformation or IT automation initiatives. The successful candidate will work across technology, operations, and business teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, and enable solutions that improve network performance, automate workflows, and deliver operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across IT, network, and operations to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Analyse current-state processes and systems, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Translate complex telco and network concepts into clear business requirements, user stories, and solution documentation.
- Support the design and delivery of network upgrades, optimisation, and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and developers to ensure requirements are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives.
- Create process maps, future-state models, and gap analyses to guide solution design.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to validate requirements, prioritise initiatives, and agree on outcomes.
- Support testing and quality assurance through preparation of test cases, acceptance criteria, and UAT.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telco products, services, and network domains (fixed, mobile, broadband, IP, or related).
- Experience working on network projects (upgrades, optimisation, or transformations).
- Demonstrated experience in IT automation or digital process optimisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency with BA tools and techniques (requirements elicitation, process modelling, user stories, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
