The Opportunity 15-month maternity leave contract opportunity available in Perth, WA for a Clinical Specialist. Commencing in early April 2026, you are primarily responsible for providing technical support in an operating theatre environment to our hospital-based customers for our Trauma & Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) product portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Attending surgical procedures and providing expert technical support to Orthopaedic and CMF Surgeons and Nursing staff in the correct and safe use of products Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing in-service training to Registrars, Nursing staff and Healthcare Practitioners Optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team and providing product demo as required Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience About You Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic etc.) and experience providing clinical support in-theatre during orthopaedic or CMF surgeries highly regarded Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment and ability to work after-hours and weekend on-call on a rotating roster Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, is organised with good time management skills Great Place to Work® Certified - 2025 Great Place to Work® Certification recognises employers who create outstanding employee experience.
