**What your day will look like**:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and leading the APAC region
- Deliver compliant and effective payroll processing, ensuring accurate data is up to date with employee changes, enterprise agreements, legislation, and regulatory changes
- Assisting with the preparation, balancing and reconciliation of payroll tax, group tax, PAYG tax and superannuation and authorised payroll deductions
- Resolving enquiries from employees
- Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring we attract and retain individuals who are passionate about our business
- Manage onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives
- Handle all employee relations matters, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace and driving a positive work culture
- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
- Independently manage the entire scope of HR responsibilities, from recruitment to retirement
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to the daily management of employees
- Working closely with our management team to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement
**About You**:
- At least a bachelor's degree in human resources or similar related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and Payroll
- Juggle multiple projects and priorities, balancing ‘day to day' vs ‘project work' and managing expectations of stakeholders
- Interpersonal communication skills, effective collaboration, diplomacy, and assertiveness
- Numeric accuracy, excel expertise, attention to detail
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relatable systems
