Lead Development and Infrastructure Projects
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of our land and infrastructure projects. As a Market Leader, you will be responsible for representing our business to clients, driving growth in the land development and infrastructure sector, and leading strategic initiatives that position us as a trusted industry leader.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the civil consulting space, a track record of business development success, and a passion for delivering impactful, community-focused solutions. They will be commercially driven, collaborative, and ready to lead from the front.

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Leadership: Be the trusted advisor clients seek, drive proactive engagement, and elevate our market brand.
* Strategic Growth: Drive market growth by identifying strategic opportunities, shaping bids, and leveraging industry trends to position the business as a technical and commercial leader.
* Collaboration: Foster cross-business collaboration to strengthen client relationships, share global expertise, and support project delivery through Communities of Practice and strategic leadership alignment.
* Project Delivery: Lead, review, and advise on key projects, ensuring efficiency and excellence in delivery.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or relevant technical qualification.
* Ideal 20 years of professional experience in civil engineering consulting or related disciplines.
* Proven leadership in the land development and infrastructure market.
* Professional registration in a related field.
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
