Service Stream's Telecommunications division is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to join our Evolve ARCW team on a Permanent, Full-Time basis. This is a leadership role overseeing Recoverable Works, ensuring the efficient relocation of the Telstra network.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, direct and supervise subcontractors in the delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects
• Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, and scheduling to meet production targets
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture
• Liaise with clients, customers, and Public Authorities to coordinate works in public areas
• Provide technical leadership, training, and motivation to contractors and field staff
About You
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Construction / Telecommunications
• Strong working knowledge of the Telstra network
• Relevant technical qualifications and industry accreditations
• Current Driver's Licence and General Industry OH&S Induction card
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs and solid IT knowledge
• Demonstrated expertise in Recoverable Works projects
