Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in Disability Support, Community Services, or a related field.
* Experience in a similar role, preferably within the social care sector.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Empathy and a genuine desire to help individuals with disabilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
