What you’ll be responsible for:
* Providing leadership to the boutique team, including coaching and performance development
* Overseeing daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and client service standards
* Building and nurturing long‑term client relationships, including driving appointments and exclusive client events
* Developing and empowering a passionate team to deliver an exceptional client experience
* Identifying opportunities to grow the boutique’s performance while maintaining brand excellence
* Collaborating with internal partners and senior leadership to deliver strategic goals
About you:
* Proven leadership experience within luxury or premium retail
* A natural leader who inspires, motivates, and drives results
* Deep understanding of clienteling and delivering elevated customer experiences
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
