Job Description
We are looking for a professor with a doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline and a track record of success in any discipline area represented in the School. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to the School of MFJ and contribute to the development of the Faculty strategic plan.
* The Head of School will inspire staff with a strong vision for education, engagement, and research.
* Deliver a vision for the development of innovative educational programs that create excellent experiences for students, strengthen and grow the research ambitions of the School.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline.
* A track record of success in any discipline area represented in the School.
* A strong vision for education, engagement, and research.
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* A demonstrated ability to encourage a culture of attracting external funding in the form of national competitive grants, philanthropy, other research income, and industry partnerships.
