We're looking for high-quality staff to train as Dental Assistants and/or Receptionists
Position Type: Part-time or Full-Time

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you within our 3 Dental Clinics around Hobart.
Whilst experience is preferred, it is not necessary if you are a willing and driven individual looking to start or continue your career in the health industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in all dental procedures, including preparation, chairside assistance, and post-procedure cleanup
* Sterilization of instruments and maintaining infection control protocols
* Digital scanning (e.g., Trios) and processing lab cases
* Coordination of treatment plans and scheduling
* Assist in the preparation of components for implant and prosthodontic procedures
* Clinical photography for patient records and case documentation
* General Dental Assisting duties
* Reception duties: greeting patients, answering phones, managing appointments, and billing
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in Dental Assisting and/or Reception is preffered but not essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative.
* High attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks thoroughly
* A positive, solutions-focused attitude
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are a must
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
