SA Power Networks is seeking a highly skilled specialist to join its People Experience team on a fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate culture surveys to capture valuable insights from the business.
* Refresh the Exit Survey process to meet modern needs and deliver actionable feedback.
* Develop and implement the Recognition Program to promote SA Power Networks' values across the organisation.
* Facilitate employee focus groups and champion networks to ensure the voice of people remains at the heart of everything SA Power Networks does.
Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience.
* Certificate IV in Project Management or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience.
* Valid driver's licence – Class C.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across a diverse business and at all levels, with a particular focus on influencing and enhancing overall people experience and culture uplift.
* Experience across all elements of a People & Culture function.
* Proven experience in leading business improvement programs and organisational transformation is essential.
