Responsibilities
Provide advice and guidance to supervisors and managers on employment and industrial relations matters.
Partner with leadership teams to engage and support employees, fostering a positive workplace culture across the site.
Act as the point of contact for employees on HR and payroll matters.
Monitor and evaluate HR performance metrics to ensure alignment with site objectives.
Assist in employee-related investigations and support the resolution of issues through facilitated discussions, applying a risk-management approach to each step of the process.
Facilitate site-based leadership training as required and regularly present HR-related information to leaders and teams.
Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Administer high-volume contract variations for site-based employees and facilitate the smooth transfer of employees between sites, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and processed efficiently.
Maintain and update HR data, including organizational charts, databases, and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
Experience in Human Resources, preferably within the resources sector.
Qualification or relevant work experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Current Australian C-Class driver's licence.
Cert IV in Training and Assessment is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
