Roles and Responsibilities: • Organising information about a procedure to be improved or an issue to be resolved • Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods • writing, updating and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures • Recommending a solution to management through written reports or presentations • Conducting onsite observations and interviewing employees to determine methods, equipment and personnel needed • Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming language • Recommending new procedures, systems or organisational changes • Developing alternative practices or solutions • Meeting with Managers to ensure changes are working • Programming the system by encoding the requirements of the project in computer language • Providing advice, guidance and supporting and assisting other Programmers Skills and Qualifications • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field • 5-10 years’ experience in programming languages • In-depth understanding of various programming languages, including HTML, CSS, Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript and C# Expected Salary Range $80K-110K + Super (Annually) Full Time SOFTWARE ENGINEER Looking for a passionate Software Engineer to design, develop and install software solutions. Software Engineer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, defining system functionality and writing code in various languages, like Java, or .NET programming languages (e.g. C++ or JScript.NET.) Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions • Document and demonstrate the solutions by developing documentation, code comments and clear code • Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) • Design algorithms and data structures • Write well-designed, testable code with the comments • Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system • Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures • Document and maintain software functionality • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems • Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualise processes and outcomes • Troubleshoot software issues and debug large codebase • Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs • Investigating and using new technologies where relevant • Comply with project plans and industry standards • Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations and designing and implementing systems • Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes Skills and Qualifications • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or equivalent • Minimum 3+ years in Software Engineering/Development • Specialisation of SDLC execution and designing algorithms and data structures • Agile project experience • Consulting organisation experience • Skilled ability to work in a dynamic team, contributing to the overall goals of the group • Skilled ability to perform synthesis and analysis working at the conceptual level Expected Salary Range $80K-110K + Super (Annually) Applications open on 7 August 2025 and close on 6 September 2025.
