The Role This hands-on position will see you servicing, repairing, and replacing air conditioning units across a wide range of light vehicles. You’ll work within a tight-knit team and play a key role in maintaining high technical standards across all jobs. Delivering professional, efficient, and accurate service will be a core focus every day. The successful candidate will hold a current Arctick licence and have proven experience with automotive air conditioning systems. Responsibilities Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your core focus will include: Servicing, repairing, and replacing automotive and caravan air conditioning units Diagnosing faults and performing technical repairs to manufacturer specifications Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently at all times Maintaining tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness Supporting a collaborative team culture and assisting colleagues as needed Requirements To be considered for the role, you must have: Automotive trade qualification with a minimum of three years post trade experience Current Arctick licence Demonstrated experience servicing automotive air conditioning units Light or heavy vehicle mechanical experience Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices Ability to work independently within a small team environment Current Driver’s Licence If you are a skilled automotive technician and this role sounds like you then please apply now or feel free to reach out to Huw directly at hthomas@morganconsulting.com.au for a confidential discussion.
