Job Summary
Support the Senior Marketing Manager in planning and executing regional marketing activities aligned with the APMEA marketing strategy for the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) markets. This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional looking to build foundational skills and develop expertise in a fast-paced environment. Tasks include:
* Assisting in developing and coordinating a regional marketing plan focused on key markets and audiences in Australia and New Zealand, understanding regional channels, opportunities, and products.
* Supporting the delivery of marketing activities that are strategic, on-brand, timely, within budget, and effective to meet business goals.
* Aiding in managing marketing resources to achieve regional objectives.
* Providing regional insights, especially for prioritized cities and regions.
Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Execution
* Assist in developing and implementing the regional marketing plan aligned with the overall ANZ strategy.
* Maintain the marketing calendar and budget, ensuring activities are tracked and on schedule.
* Coordinate marketing briefs and task allocations for campaigns and projects.
Collaboration & Asset Management
* Work with global teams to adapt assets for the ANZ region.
* Support collection and analysis of marketing metrics to assess effectiveness and report to management.
Social Media Management
* Assist in planning and scheduling content for social channels.
* Adjust global social media calendar for the ANZ region.
* Compile monthly social media performance reports.
Website & Lead Management
* Coordinate homepage updates for regional sites.
* Assist with inbound lead allocation via Salesforce.
* Manage leads from marketing activities, ensuring proper reporting.
Campaign Support
* Contribute to campaign execution aligned with regional KPIs.
* Support regional events and ensure timely delivery of campaign components.
PR & Case Studies
* Identify PR opportunities and support development of case studies.
Sales Support
* Provide ad hoc support to the sales team and participate in meetings to understand needs.
Job Holder Requirements
Education and Experience
* Essential: Degree-level education, fluent in English (written and oral).
* Preferred: Minimum 3 years marketing experience, experience in a global organization, commercial experience.
Competencies
* Essential: Project management, prioritization, process orientation, excellent planning, strong communication, attention to detail, understanding of marketing mix, proficiency in Microsoft Office, time management.
* Preferred: Analytical skills, experience with digital tools like Pardot and Salesforce, B2B and channel marketing experience, presentation skills, commercial acumen, understanding of MillerKnoll's marketplace.
