The Position
* Work as the manager on duty overseeing all lounge services on shift
* Be the liaison between Compass Group and the client when required
* Be responsible for supervisors & team leaders, assigning tasks and ensuring service standards are adhered to
* Assist Key Account manager with rostering, daily and stock control as required
