About The OpportunityThe Industry Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of the Future Drought Fund Farm Business Resilience Program across Tasmania, an initiative led by the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture to strengthen the long‐term sustainability and adaptability of the state's agricultural sector. Reporting to the Program Manager, the position focuses on leading stakeholder engagement and partnership activities to promote the program and maximise participation. Working closely with farmers, industry organisations, and government agencies, the role builds strong relationships, supports program delivery, and helps ensure participants develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to manage economic, environmental, and climate‐related challenges. The position also provides operational support and strategic input to the program team, contributing to improved resilience outcomes for farm businesses and rural communities across Tasmania.
What You'll DoAppointment to this role will be at HEO 8 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $152,033 comprising base salary within the range of $114,282 to $129,943 plus 17% superannuation.
