Job Description
* This is a full-time, fixed-term position with salary in the range $82,133 - $91,295 (HEW 5), plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle all event inquiries and sales leads, including conducting site inspections, preparing detailed proposals with quotes, and liaising directly with clients.
2. Work closely with operational teams to prepare and distribute event manifests and detailed schedules.
3. Coordinate with external suppliers and attend regular operations meetings.
4. Assist accounts section with financial tasks, including preparing pro-forma invoices, checking supplier invoices, and helping with payments to ensure financial success.
5. Liaise with Chef, Banquet Operations, and Accounts sections to ensure all aspects of events are covered.

Key Skills and Qualifications
* At least two years' experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
* Demonstrated customer-oriented focus with a commitment to excellence and professionalism.
* Highly developed organisational and time management skills with a high level of accuracy and productivity.
* Well-developed computer skills, with proven experience using event management software.
