**What's the role?**
This is a full time, permanent position based in the Gold Coast Tech Hub
As a Solution Designer, you will collaborate closely with architects, product owners, business analysts, delivery leads, and technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions are well understood, cost-effective, and deliver value **.**
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Lead the design and documentation of solutions that meet business and technical requirements while aligning with enterprise architecture
- Conduct solution analysis and perform structured options assessments to recommend optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, technical leads, and enterprise/domain architects to shape solutions.Ensure designs follow best practices around scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
- **What do I need?**
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Designer to play a critical role in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions that align with our enterprise architecture standards and meet business needs. This role is responsible for leading solution design efforts across the solution delivery lifecycle, from analysis and option assessment through to detailed solution documentation and stakeholder engagement
