We're on the hunt for a motivated, self-driven, and customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to join our team based out of Brisbane. What You'll Be Doing
* Build and manage strong client relationships across your territory
* Proactively sell in house and visit farms/businesses to drive sales and uncover new opportunities
* Deliver engaging product demonstrations and after-sales support
* Use CRM tools to manage leads and pipeline, with full support from the admin team
* Represent the business at field days, trade shows, and industry events
What We're Looking For

Ideal qualities include:
* Proven sales or customer service experience in agriculture, machinery, industrial, or auto sectors
* Strong understanding of Queensland's farming industry
* Practical problem-solver with excellent communication skills
* Self-starter who enjoys working independently, but thrives in a team environment
* Relationship-builder with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction
