As a Customer Banking Specialist in our Branch, you will:
* Have in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs.
* Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance, and credit product applications.
* Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs.
* Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
* Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our processes and procedures.
Requirements
