The Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and supporting project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontractsManage progress claims, variations, and purchase ordersLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliersMonitor project budgets and timelinesEnsure compliance with company policies and industry standards
About You
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in contract administration within constructionStrong knowledge of construction contracts and legislationExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficient in MS Office and project management softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a team
