We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
About the Role
* You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls and emails, and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Deliver quality information and services face-to-face, via telephone, and email, ensuring that all client needs are met with efficiency and courtesy.
* Liaise with other departments to resolve client issues and stay up-to-date on services offered by the organization.
* Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and monitor general inboxes, maintaining accurate records and responding promptly to correspondence.
* Assist with administrative functions for meetings and events, including coordinating logistics and preparing materials.
* Maintain accurate financial records, including petty cash and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
About You
* You must hold an unencumbered Class C Driver's Licence.
* Hold a Working with Children Suitability Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening.
* Possess a combination of relevant experience, education, and training in a similar role for at least 2 years.
* Have experience working in a direct customer service role within an administration environment.
* Working knowledge of social media and professional management of external communication platforms.
* Exhibit an energetic, willing, and 'can-do' attitude, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
