Pay: Level 4, $95,782 - $100,526 pa, PS CSA Agreement 2024
Location: West Perth
This position is the first line of support for Commission staff on all human resources matters.

The team ensures workforce matters are strategically aligned to support the Commission's remit, shaping, building and regulating the public sector.
Our team now needs someone who loves being the go to for a range of human resources matters.
You'll provide customer focused consultancy by guiding stakeholders to relevant information, answering queries and supporting Commission staff on matters related to all areas of the employee lifecycle.
You'll assist with workforce planning, data collection and analysis, and reporting; work health and safety, staff wellness strategies; industrial relations; staff training and development; diversity and inclusion; and events organisation.
It would be great if you had experience in human resources support, ideally (but not essential) in a public sector context.
Just as important is your ability to communicate confidently and clearly to staff at all levels.

- Experience in human resources support, ideally in a public sector context (not essential).
